Drones, good or bad?

In the article, "Drone Strikes: What's the law?" Vicki Divoll argues that the government its taking our 5th amendment away. She explains that the government would have the power to determine if we die or not in target operations. The fifth amendment states that "no citizen shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without process of power." In time of war the government would be allowed to determine if bi-standards are indifferent and considered collateral damage. I agree with Vicki that the government is being ignorant of our rights. Now that they are proposing to eliminate the right to bare arms, the fear of drones rises. We would have no protection, no say in our execution. If they confuse us for their target they are evaluating to take our life. Although there are many reasons why drones could be useful in war operations in the west such as, the decline of American soldiers deaths, and military budgeting. Clearly they have overlooked how this proposal could endanger its own citizens if these military weapons are misused.
